All sales of digital content (prompts) are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital content has been granted. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the consumer has given prior consent.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
