Refund policy
All sales of digital content (prompts) are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital content has been granted. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the consumer has given prior consent.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.
