Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using getlayers.ai ("the Website", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

getlayers.ai is a digital platform where users can browse, access, and purchase AI prompt templates designed for website and design projects. We offer both free and paid content.

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age; that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and that you are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law.

To access certain features or purchase content, you may need to create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information (name and email address); keep your login credentials confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at denkravchu@textura.agency; and take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Unlimited Plan — available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Provides access to the full library of prompts on the platform.

Full Stack Plan — available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Provides access to the full library of prompts plus additional content or features as described on the pricing page.

Free content is available without purchase and does not require an account.

Prices are displayed on the Website and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content; that access to the content is granted immediately upon payment; and that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, applicable to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at denkravchu@textura.agency and we will do our best to resolve it.

Upon purchasing a plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the prompts available on the platform.

You may use purchased prompts to generate content for personal or commercial projects; to create websites, designs, or other deliverables for yourself or your clients; and as inspiration or starting points for your own work.

There are no restrictions on the number of projects or clients, and no requirement to credit getlayers.ai.

Notwithstanding the broad license above, you may NOT use our prompts or platform to: generate, distribute, or facilitate spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; create malicious, harmful, deceptive, or illegal content; produce content that harasses, threatens, or abuses individuals or groups; generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; automate mass content generation in a way that violates the terms of any AI model or third-party platform; scrape, copy, or redistribute the prompt library itself (in whole or in part) for resale or as a competing product; circumvent any access controls or technical restrictions on the Website; or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these prohibitions.

All prompts, content, design, and materials on getlayers.ai are owned by or licensed to the operator of getlayers.ai and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The license granted in the License & Permitted Use section applies only to the output you generate using the prompts — not to the prompts themselves. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the prompt templates as standalone products.

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the prompts will produce specific results with any particular AI model; that the Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free; or that the content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Use of AI-generated output is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of content generated using our prompts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of getlayers.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or its content, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of getlayers.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.

Our Website integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or its content at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases. Lifetime purchases do not guarantee perpetual access if the service is discontinued or your account is terminated for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
